Here is the schedule for the May 7-9, 2010 Paralounge Drum Gathering. You will find a full schedule of fun and educational workshops and performances. Jana Broder of Drum Magic provides drums to those who want to participate. She has over 100 African Djembes to share, please take care of them, children rely on them every day!

3:00 p.m Native American Style Flute workshop. Instructor Ray Wood shares his knowledge on technique and skill with the Native American Style Flute.
4:00 p.m Paralounge opening drum circle! Seats will be set up for drum circle participation until 5:30 p.m, then we will get ready for the Rhythm Round Up. We encourage everyone to have a great time drumming.

Amatuer Percussion Ensembles compete for the most votes. Four Hundred Dollar cash prize to the winning ensemble.

Enjoy a beautiful bon-fire with hundreds of drums! Everyone is encouraged to participate.

11:00 a.m Junior Jam with Dave Holland. Kids have an adventure in rhythm and learn about spontanious music.

4:00 p.m Drum Magic Children's Percussion Workshop. Jana Broder shows kids how to play rhythms and have fun with the drums. Each child learns to perform for the audience later! Its great for children's self confidence and creativity.

7:00 p.m Ritmo Blu. A high energy world percussion trio that offers entertaining, educational and multi-cultural performances. With up to 100 instruments on stage, gathered from all over the world, this dynamic and accomplished trio presents international music which fosters community, diversity and teamwork.

Early Morning Yoga with Sandy Palmer
10:00 a.m Didgeridoo Lessons with Jeremy Lembo. Beginner to Advanced techniques. Learn all about the Australian Didgeridoo.
11:00 a.m Rhythm Church with your host Clint Tipton. Bring drums, chimes, bells, Didgeridoos and all such fun instruments. Rhythm Church has no Religious content. During Rhythm Church you will explore the creativity of music and rhythm while enjoying self awareness and group intent. Participants enjoy a final moment of musical bliss before ending the event.
